Miguel A. Serrano has been practicing law since 1992. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in 1986.
Miguel began his legal career in the courtroom as a prosecutor and then joined the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he handled complex commercial litigation.
He also served as Counsel to the Chairman of the United States Merit Systems Protection Board, Deputy General Counsel on the G-8 Summit Planning Organization, and as counsel to senior officials at the United States Department of State.
In 2005, Miguel founded his own practice and now focuses exclusively on U.S. immigration law, helping families, professionals, artists, and athletes throughout Maryland and around the world navigate complex visa and green card processes.
